Payment may be made by cheque or BACS for the full amount to the College. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Shoreham College'. Please ensure that the invoice number and any reference is shown on any transaction. The College is able to accept payment by Debit or Credit Card (except American Express). If you wish pay by Credit Card, a charge of 2% will be levied on all transactions. Alternatively, Direct Debit payments may be made via Holmwoods Termtime Collections. Parents wishing to use this service should contact the office for details. All fees must be paid by the first day of the commencement of term and no pupil shall have the right to return to the College if the settlement is not met by the due date. The Governors reserve the right to levy a late payment charge on the Barclays Bank Base Rate plus 5% on any overdue accounts. Non-payment of fees will result in the child being asked to leave the College. Any person who presents a cheque to the College who does not have the funds cleared by their Bank, will be charged an additional amount of £20 per transaction to cover costs incurred by the College. The College will review fees annually at the end of each academic year. Notice of LeavingA full term's notice, in writing, must be given to the Headmaster for a pupil leaving the College otherwise a term's fees must be paid. Provisional or verbal notice is unacceptable. Fees will not be refunded if a pupil is asked to leave the College, for any reason, by the Headmaster. Pupil's EffectsThe College Council cannot accept responsibility for personal items brought to the College - bicycles, radios, clothing, equipment etc. Parents should have their own insurance cover for such items.
