The Under 13 girls had two matches this afternoon. Their first against Newlands was a hard fought match.

Although they were very determined to do their best for some reason we did make quite a few errors in the match which nearly cost us the match. We were down at half-time, but determined not to give up, we rallied together and managed to pull of a win by one goal! Newlands have to be commended on their performance, they gave us a great game.

Player Of The Match: Georgia Jones

Their second match against The Towers is always a daunting one, however they bought over a well matched side. The girls played superbly in this game, they had learnt their errors from the first matched and put their heart and soul into this match. I was very proud of the girls in this match; I thought they played some of their best netball I had ever seen, which excited me more than losing the match by one goal!! A cracking game.
