The Under 13’s played Lewes on what must have been one of the gustiest afternoons I can remember during a match!! It was nicely sheltered down the sports hall end, but the opposite end was a nightmare!!

It is always a pleasure to play Lewes and this was a very evenly matched game and it could have gone either way, although lots of our goals failed to materialise as the wind blow them off course!

The girls had a good afternoon, with a few frustrating moments, but in the second half of the match we held our nerve continuing to do our best. It was a very close call in the end and it was great to come away with a victory, but only just! Well done to you all.
