The under 11 Shoreham College football team played Lancing Prep. today. The people who participated were Ben Nash, Noah Ridgeway Brown, Piers Hamner, Daniel Philips, Jacob Bizzell Hawes, Jake Solomon, Zach Battle Welch and Max Spicer.

In the first half there were no goals, but some very good play. We had some great tackles from Noah Ridgway-Brown and some good passing from all of the team. In the second half, Lancing Prep. scored a goal which made the team have more confidence. However, we responded! Jacob Bizzell-Hawes scored a goal in the dying minutes of the game which told the team, “WE CAN DO IT!”.  The score in at full time was 1-1.  It was an evenly matched game and Shoreham College should be proud of an excellent team effort.
