Flippin’ good fun!

Shoreham College stuck to tradition and had a flippin’ great Pancake Day celebration albeit very late! The event, which happened on Thursday morning under blue skies and sunshine, should have happened on Shrove Tuesday but had to be cancelled due to heavy rain and sodden grounds!

Shoreham College ranked 1st in recently published DfE GCSE League Tables

The Department for Education released the official Secondary School GCSE performance tables on the 25th January placing Shoreham College 1st in the county for achieving Grade 4 and above in English and Maths GCSEs.

Siblings among winners of latest Daniel Sacks award for Outstanding Young Athletics Achievement

Joshua and Adam join Emma Taylor and Idan Gal-Shohet as recipients of the prestigious award, now in its eighth year. Its purpose is to encourage wider participation in athletics and to keep alive the memory of Daniel Sacks, who loved the sport.

The Woodland Trust sent a film crew to Shoreham College last week to film a group of excited pupils opening tree packs sent to enrich their forest school.

The Shoreham and Southwick Rotary Club Youth Speaks Competition, hosted by Shoreham Academy last week saw three pupils from Shoreham College speak powerfully and passionately and come away with best Chair, joint Best Speaker and overall winners!
