Audiences were invited to join specialist ghost hunters this week to investigate a series of mysterious hauntings in Shoreham College. As they were led around all areas of the school they discovered the spooky Grey Lady, the ghastly Drowned Child, the horrifying Starved Children and the ghoulish Maid. Their guides as well as the experts, were a terrifying array of the undead.
This immersive, site-specific performance was Shoreham College's latest school play. Created by the children, working with their drama teachers, it was a series of original ghost stories based on the history of Kingston House, the main school building, and local traditional ghost stories.
'Our pupils successfully merged local history with excellent drama skills to thrill their audience,' said Andrew Hoggarth, Head of Drama.
