Dear Parents,

As part of the evidence collected for the Learning Journals, photographs are taken of the children at play. These will be either individual or group photographs. As is the nature of photographing the child ‘capturing the moment' other children from the class may be in the background. The Learning Journals are accessed by the Early Years staff and parents of the children. Occasionally they will be viewed by other Early Years professionals such as area advisors or moderators.
