Year 10 Parents’ Evening – Wednesday 18 January 2012

Year 10 parents’ evening will take place on Wednesday 18 January in the Lewis Hall between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.

In an attempt to help the evening run more smoothly, we are asking, where possible, that parents with surnames beginning A to K arrive at approximately 6.00pm and those with surnames beginning L to W arrive at 7.15pm. Obviously if you have further to come, you can arrive earlier if required.

Please indicate on the slip below whether or not you will be attending and return it to your child’s form tutor. Pupils are expected to attend, but do not need to be in uniform.

These evenings are intended for a short discussion with staff regarding pupils’ progress with their GCSE subjects. If you have a major concern, which necessitates a longer time, please arrange an appointment with the teacher concerned.

Please may we ask parents not to arrive after 8.00pm.
