Dear Parents

Year 9 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 26 January 2012

Year 9 parents’ evening will take place on Thursday 26 January in the Lewis Hall between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.

In an attempt to help the evening run more smoothly we are asking that parents of children in form 9CO arrive at approximately 6.00pm, form 9ME at 6.45pm and form 9ST at 7.30pm.  I appreciate this may prove difficult for some parents and teachers, but will hopefully avoid both congestion in the Lewis Hall and long waits.  Please may we ask parents not to arrive after 8.00pm.  

These evenings are intended for a short discussion about your child’s progress.  If you have a major concern, which necessitates a longer time, please arrange an appointment with the teacher concerned.

Please indicate on the return slip below whether or not you will be attending.
