Dear Parent

Thank you for expressing an interest in our first Shoreham College Golf Day, to be held on Sunday 24^th June 2012 at Hassocks Golf Course, first tee time – 10.30am.

The event is open to the whole school community – parents, pupils, staff, governors and Old Shorehamers. A team stableford format will be used consisting of teams of three players, with the two best scores to count on each hole. As well as an overall prize, there will also be prizes for longest drive and nearest the pin on selected holes (for adults and juniors). The maximum handicap for the day will be 28, for all participants.

We welcome entries from teams of three or, if you are an individual or pair, you will be joined by other entrants. Teams and tee times will be circulated nearer the time.

The cost for entering this event is £35 for adults and £25 for juniors (under 18), to include; bacon roll and coffee on arrival, 18 holes and a BBQ afterwards. The event has been confirmed with the club and we are now seeking non-refundable deposits of £10 per person. Please complete the slip on the pdf file below and return to school by Friday 24^th February.
