Year 11 Parents’ Evening – Wednesday 8 February 2012

Year 11 parents’ evening will take place on Wednesday 8 February in the Lewis Hall between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.

In an attempt to help the evening run more smoothly we are asking that parents with surnames beginning A to I arrive at approximately 6.00pm, and those with surnames beginning J to W arrive at approximately 7.15pm.

Please indicate on the return slip below whether or not you will be attending and return it to your child’s form tutor. All pupils are expected to attend and must be in uniform.

These evenings are intended for a short discussion with staff regarding students’ progress with their GCSE subjects. If you have a major concern, which necessitates a longer time, please arrange an appointment with the teacher concerned.

Please may we ask parents not to arrive after 8.00pm.
