It is very easy to fall into the habit of doing things on a regular basis, and forget to occasionally take a step back and evaluate why one does them. 

I was lucky enough to go to the Cross Association Leadership group symposium at Westminster School on Tuesday evening.  The theme was leadership, with an engaging series of talks from the Schools Commissioner, Liz Sidwell, Education Consultant, Ian Gilbert and the Head of Eton College, Tony Little.

It’s been a busy week for trips, what with the Amex Stadium tour, Chichester Cathedral and Marwell Zoo.  We also hosted the ISA regional netball tournament, and CCF are off to the range tomorrow. 

One of the great pleasures of my job is when the opportunity arises to visit other schools, and I managed to fit two such visits in on Wednesday.
