Last Friday, the Year 11 boys played their last game of football together wearing Shoreham College shirts. The conditions for the game could not have been better, but due to all the rain at the start of the week, the game was played on Lingfield’s fantastic astro-turf facility.

The boys played some terrific football which lead to a plethora of goals being scored. The first goal was scored by Joachim Rantzau; a well taken header from a Christopher Bubloz corner. Matthew Boxall slotted home the second goal soon afterwards before Lingfield tightened up their defences and applied a little pressure of their own.

Marcus Butler, Michael Cartwright and Alistair Harmsworth also managed to get in on the action and net a goal each to secure a very comfortable victory.
