The Under 9's began their match with confidence and led the match in the first quarter leading by 5-0. For the rest of the match they continued to play extremely well but unfortunately were very distracted by the some of the parents of the opposition, which made it very difficult for them to concentrate on the game. The girls were challenged in this game and gained experience from it, and I am proud of the way they continued to play and hold their nerve when the score was getting very close. It was a very tense game all round and the final whistle saw the match result in a draw 8-8. The Under 9's still have an unbeaten record!!
