Braving the blustery weather (us girls are a brave lot!) the Under 9's wrapped up well and got ready for their match against Sion. We led from the start, passing beautifully and quickly with good footwork. Amy Wedge was an outstanding centre, supported by Gabriella Jones and Lucie Street. We were soon in the led and both our shooters, Amelia Ritchie and Jasmine Milward, were on top form this afternoon, scoring some fantastic goals.

By half time we were leading 9-0. Ella Scammell and Georgina Liley defended well, although it was quite quiet in their end today! Renee Brecknell and Olivia Kelsey came on at half time also playing really well.

The match was supported by a good number of parents this afternoon, which was lovely and the girls proudly went on to win the match 14-1. Well Done to all of you!
