The Under 12's were raring to go and they started off really well, with some excellent passing and superb defence, but The Towers were made of slightly sterner stuff! They soon had our centre Sophie Walls on the ground, poor girl I think they had her down the last time we played them as well! This did knock her confidence somewhat and also poor Abbie Brown went flying as well. It was a very tough match and the shooters, although the score does not totally reflect the match, the ball was being difficult for us this afternoon! They did their level best, although during the second half they did lose their momentum a bit, but on the whole it was good practise and I look forward to them progressing to being next season's Under 13 team with more matches under their belt.
