The team felt up for it when we were warming up. The Boys put in some crunching tackles and Joe Spencer-Smith (Captain) scored with help from Stuart Allcock with a well timed pop-pass in the tackle. Luke Quincey scored with a blinding try into the corner and Matt Jackson was unlucky to miss two conversions (both taken from the touchline.

Well done to all the lads and especially Jack Hemblade who made his first appearance for the Under13s. He played really well for his first game as a prop then played the second half at hooker. Cian Brittle and Harry Bushby have really improved their skills and made some significant tackles against a well-drilled Brighton Back-line.

Overall, a very strong performance from the Forwards and solid tackling from the Backs. Points to improve; putting the oppositions Backs under pressure by getting up quicker and developing some moves to dazzle the opposition.
