We played these matches indoors which was a little unexpected and also it was one of those days when a lot a players were off sick. We were down both shooters in the Under 15 team and also without Amy L in the Under 14 team. Not to worry, we had some great substitutes who really tried their hardest.

The Under 15’s were a little rusty to start with, but finally having worked out how to slide their footwork on the slippery surface indoors they really began to get into their game, especially in the second half, which was a superb performance. Holly Hazeldine and Jada Salih put up a courageous performance although we lost the match 13-7

The Under 14’s has another superb match and although they too struggled with the slippery flooring we managed to maintain control of the ball throughout the match. Nancy Hall and Katherine Godfray did a grand job of sharing the position of shooter.
