A great afternoon of tennis was experienced by the boys of the U15 tennis team, namely Stuart Nayar, James Illot, Owen Davis, and myself, Taylor Carey. Despite two singles defeats, by Steyning on Stuart Nayar and myself, both Owen and James won their matches, bringing the singles round to a 2-2 tie.

If a victory was to be had, then, it was to be in the doubles. Unfortunately, Steyning managed to defeat James and Stuart in this event, but were denied victory by Owen and myself, who won our doubles match, bringing the afternoon to another tie, 3 sets each! After adding up all the games played, it turned out Steyning won the match 27-25.

Thanks to everyone from Steyning and all the staff and parents who helped and showed their support. The afternoon proved most enjoyable!
