The Under 9 cricket team played Broadwater Manor in their 2nd game of the season. Captain Ben Turner won the coin toss and elected to bat first.

The boys batted well and managed to put up 106 runs on the score board including several 6s and a plethora of 4s.

After tea the boys fielded well, but ultimately, it was their bowling that let them down as Broadwater Manor notched up 116 runs to secure victory in their penultimate over.

Congratulations Broadwater Manor and well done to all our boys who took part, with a little more practise, I'm sure we’ll get’em next time!
