The Under 12’s had their first Rounders match of the seson against the Towers at home this afternoon. Like the Under 13’s, it was a hard fought game and a big learning curve on what they need to focus on.In first half of the match they somewhat struggled to keep it together, although their throwing began to improve by transferring from underarm to overarm with more accuracy. The second half saw an improvement in their batting, especially from Danielle Gettins. Unfortunately we couldn’t catch up with the Towers, but in the end it was quite an even match. Well done.
