The Assistant Principal (Academic) will be responsible for leading teaching and learning provision in Key Stage 3 and 4 and will lead on all matters relating to Year 11. The post holder will work with Heads of Departments to ensure the successful delivery of an innovative, relevant and engaging curriculum that encourages aspiration, motivates high achievement and adds significant value for pupils and be a member of the Senior Management Team.
