What a fantastic amount of blossoms for our Tree of Achievement this week. Well done to Rupert, Leah, Nancy, Charlotte, Ekaterina, Milly, Hannah, Ben, Leo and Henry for all of their hard work.
The whole school has been contributing to our positivity board in the Wellbeing room, we are working with the pupils to provide a calm, interactive, and creative space.
Well done to our U9 netballers who took part in the festival on Thursday. Teamwork, interceptions, and some lovely passing and goals filled the sunny afternoon of games.
Last Friday, we entered a new event and took runners from years 5 & 6 to the Southern Area U11 cross-country championships, held at Windlesham School. There was good running from all of our team and some notable finishes from several runners, including; Darcey, in Year 5 who finished in 10th, Millie-Rose, also in Year 5, who finished in 24th place. Icarus, who came 23rd in the Year 5 boys' event.
Well done to all our runners on the day, a good experience ahead of the ISA Regional Cross-country event we have coming up after the half-term break!
Well done to our Key Stage 2 recipients of the Superhero Award for January. Given to pupils in each class who have shown some excellent progress, worked hard or for genuine acts of kindness. Well done to Ben (Y4), Cassie (Y3), Harry (Y5), Bowie (Y6) and BB (Y6) who are shown proudly carrying their certificates.
