We’re incredibly proud of Teddie, who has been placed on the short waitlist and invited to join the Junior Online Associate Programme with the Royal Ballet! What a fantastic achievement—well done, Teddie! 🩰👏
Yesterday, our Year 10, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils joined forces for a brilliant cross-phase science investigation! Together, they explored woodlouse habitats using a choice chamber experiment to predict where woodlice would prefer to live.
After making their predictions, the children headed to our Forest School to test their theories in the wild — and they were thrilled to find real woodlice in their natural habitats!
Such a fantastic opportunity for teamwork, curiosity, and a love of learning across the year groups 💡🌳
🗣 Have you ever spotted a woodlouse in your garden? Where did you find it? Let us know below! 👇

🌞 Perfect Beach Day for Year 1 and 2! 🌊
Our Year 1 and 2 children had a fantastic trip to the beach today — and the weather couldn’t have been better! The highlight? Exploring the rockpools and discovering all sorts of fascinating sea creatures 🦀🐚🪼
We’re so proud of how curious and engaged they all were!

Year 4 had a fantastic visit to Drusillas Park as part of their ‘Global Caretakers’ topic.
They learned about how animals adapt and survive and how to best ensure their survival on our planet. So much learning, so much fun and laughter!
We took our creativity into the forest in Art Club. The children collected interesting natural treasures and used them to create beautiful textures by pressing them into clay. After exploring patterns and experimenting with rolling techniques, they shaped their pieces into shallow bowls by adding a lip.
