We have been asked to share the details of a fundraising appeal for Harry Clapham, a local 14 yr old, who suffered a serious spinal injury whilst playing in his school playground last year.
He spent much of the past year in specialist London hospitals and is now facing a long, challenging recovery at home in Hove.
He urgently needs specialist equipment, intensive physio and an accessible vehicle to continue his rehab.
You can read more about Harry and donate if you wish here.

Well done to all Year 7 and 8 pupils who took part in the recent Junior Maths Challenge: especially to the pupils pictured, who received bronze, silver or gold certificates.
What a glorious day and a superb swimming pool for the swimming club. Pupils from year 3 to 6 enjoyed practising their strokes, learning breathing techniques and developing their water confidence.
A huge well done to Charlie in Y7 who claimed his first tournament victory at the Under 14 Grade 4 LTA event at the Padel Hub in Mid Sussex on Saturday. Charlie and his partner won the final 6-2, 6-3.
