Well done to Charlie in Year 8 who has had an amazing year on the padel courts! We are all so proud of your achievements here at Shoreham College, keep working hard!
Our Year 11 pupils have now completed their coursework unit, producing stunning work across a wide range of media. Each project is driven by personal interests and individual ideas, resulting in creative, original, and highly engaging outcomes.
Our Forest School pupils took part in the RSPB Big Schools’ Birdwatch this term, joining thousands of schools across the UK in one of the country’s largest wildlife surveys 🐦
With binoculars and tally charts in hand, the children observed and identified birds around our school grounds, submitting their results to support nationwide conservation research. We’re proud to have received our official RSPB participation certificate and to celebrate our young birdwatchers for their enthusiasm, care and contribution to this important citizen science project. 🌿

Year 1 investigated the strength of different materials by building houses for the Three Little Pigs. Each group used either straw, sticks, or bricks. When the ‘wolf’ tried to blow the houses down, the brick house stayed standing. Everyone agreed that bricks were the strongest material.
