Last week, Year 11 GCSE RS pupils delivered a lesson to pupils in the Junior School on Baptism, where they taught Year 6 about the purpose of a baptism and the symbolism of it. A huge well done and thank you to Gilby, Taqwa, Rafee and Ruben for their enthusiasm and leadership and to Year 6 for their participation and engagement with the lesson!
Our KS3 pupils were in fine voice as they rehearsed their Christmas carols ahead of next week’s service.
Their enthusiasm (and harmonies) have filled the school with festive cheer, we can’t wait to see them shine at the Christmas service.
Congratulations to our U9 football team who played a fantastic match yesterday away at Sompting Abbotts. The team have shown great progress this term, demonstrating excellent teamwork, determination and positivity. Their hard work paid off as they came away with a well-deserved win.
A special mention goes to Etienne, who scored his third goal in as many games - well done!
Year 3 rocks! What a delicious science lesson they had this week. The children used chocolate to explore three different types of rocks. Learning has never been so sweet!
In KS2 Mindfulness we were getting into the festive spirit and designed our own gingerbread people and houses.
