Another Fantastic Week of Sporting Action.
What an incredible round of fixtures we had last week. From start to finish, every team brought passion, determination, and true sporting spirit.
A huge shoutout to all our Players of the Match, your hard work, skill, and dedication shone through in every performance.
Thank you to everyone involved: players, teachers and supporters.
Looking back at last year’s Year 11 GCSE pupils who produced an outstanding and diverse body of work in response to the exam theme ‘Gathering’. They showcased creativity, technical skill, and personal expression that led to exceptional GCSE results.
Year 6 have been invited into the Senior DT Design Studio. The pupils have thrown themselves into a textiles project, learning everything from the basics of threading a needle to mastering whip stitches, and some have even successfully sewn on their very first button!
By Christmas, they should all have their very own handmade drawstring bag!
Check back later this term to see their completed creations!
Year 1 visited Steyning Museum to investigate toys. We learned about old and new toys, what they were made of and how they worked. It was a fantastic morning which ended with them enjoying playing with some of the toys.
