Well done to our U15 girls football team who are through to the second round of the National Cup after a brilliant game against Farlington School. Player of the match goes to Amelie W who scored all 4 of our goals in the 4-2 win. Well done girls.
A football feast at Shoreham College today for our U14 and U15 teams. We had sides in National Cup and League action as well as 2 friendlies this afternoon. Well played to all involved.
And relax…In KS2 Mindfulness Club we made mindful bottles. The children enjoyed filling them with glitter, sequins, food colour and water. They loved shaking them and watching the contents swirling around whilst listening to relaxing music.
Some marvellous food plates created by Year 1. They used a range of craft materials to show off their favourite foods, and don’t they all look just yummy?!
Another fun filled day at Windmill Hill.
Scaling down the abseiling wall and aqua fun were particular highlights, along with an evening game of ambush!
The children have been wonderful since the moment we stepped off the bus, and I’m sure they’ll all sleep well this weekend!
In connection with our topic of Food and Health, Year 1 visited the school kitchen. Jo, our fantastic catering manager, gave them a superb tour and they all enjoyed looking and exploring behind the scenes.
